Personalised Orders

All of my items have the option to be personalised. To add personalisation just include the required information in the Personalisation box on the listing page. Please ensure you provide the correct spelling and name(s) you require as to ensure the accuracy of your personalisation I simply copy and paste what you send me. If you do not require personalisation simply leave the personalisation field blank.

Care Instructions

All care instructions are individual to the items and will be provide both within the listing description and also on a small card with your order. Faults or damage from not correctly following the care instructions I provide you with, means I am not required to repair, refund or send out a replacement product.

What if I've changed my mind - Cancellations

I have a fairly quick turn around on starting orders and often your item will be started a few hours after we receive your order. We ONLY accept cancellations of PERSONALISED orders within 6 hours of placing your order, if your order is NOT PERSONALISED THEN PLEASE CANCEL WITHIN 12 HOURS. Personalised or custom orders are non returnable unless faulty. 

Is my information safe with you?

Short answer would be yes. As a sole business owner, I am the only person with access to the information and any photos you send me and these will never be shared with anyone without prior consent.

On occasion I do share some of my best work with my followers and across my social media platforms and website. But no personal information is ever shared.

Do you have a social media presence?

You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, and even TikTok and can follow us on any of those platforms, you can even request a post on those platforms about your order, for example a packaging video on TikTok or progress photos on Facebook or Insta. I find some this adds to the excitement for my customers and am always happy to accommodate where possible. Just pop me a message when you place your order.

Shipping - UK Wide
Currently orders take 1-5 working days to make before they are dispatched. This allows me to take the best care with creating, packaging and sending out your gift. I may occasionally be in a position to send out your item faster but you will always be notified of dispatch regardless. Although this is subject to change during busier periods - please keep an eye on the announcement banner at the top of the site for updates.

POSTAGE. 
I currently send all domestic UK orders by RM Tracked 48 unless you upgrade to Tracked 24 and all International orders RM International Tracked. In the instance of industrial action and or backlogs and delays with our delivery partners I can and will change delivery partner if nessecary although you will be updated about this. Please remember delivery times are Estimated and NOT a guarantee and once your order is in my delivery partners hands I have no control over it. In the rare event your parcel has not shown up 10 days (UK) or 30 days (International) after dispatch please contact us so we can chase this for you. As the customer you are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these costs and do not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost! You must check with your customs office for fees, tax and delay information.

SHIPPING COSTS.
Domestic Shipping is combined. You will pay a single shipping charge for all items going to the same place.
Additional policies and FAQs
Orders and contact requests placed after 6PM GMT will not be seen until the following business day.
Use of our photographs and designs without our consent is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Custom Orders

Please message us first for any custom orders to ensure we can fulfill your order and you are satisfied with the price and processing time. You will then have a custom listing set up for yourself to provide all information needed.

All custom orders have a processing time of 2 weeks minimum and are priced competitively but we will not be able compete with the super large printing companies.

Custom orders from us will bring you a personal touch that is not possible when dealing with bigger companies. The same person will handle your order from start to finish and it will be completed to an extremely high standard.
