PRODUCTION TIMES
Currently orders take 1-5 working days to make before they are dispatched. This allows me to take the best care with creating, packaging and sending out your gift. I may occasionally be in a position to send out your item faster but you will always be notified of dispatch regardless.
DISPATCH DAYS
I work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. All orders are dispatched within these hours. Please look at the table to understand when your order will be dispatched.

BANK HOLIDAYS
I do work on some bank holidays, however, my courier partners do not. Please remember this when ordering on a bank holiday and add an extra day on as necessary.

DEFINITIONS
Cost: This is the price you pay for the delivery
Delivery Days: This is how many days your order takes to be delivered by our carrier once it has been dispatched.
Tracked: We can see when all our orders have been delivered. But in addition to that this tracking means that we or you will be able to track your goods through its journey from our door to yours.
Signature Required: If a signature is required you must make sure that someone is in to sign for it or it can not be left.
